How to get the process started with a new file

  • Documents can be sent via email, fax, courier or mail.

  • Please provide contact information for all  parties involved (Escrow, Buyer, Seller, Coop Agent, Lender, Etc.).

We will need the following items to begin working on your file:

Representing the buyer:

  • Fully executed Purchase Agreement and addenda

  • Your Broker's Sales Checklist [if applicable]

  • Your Broker's specific required disclosures

Representing the Seller

  • Fully executed Listing Agreement

  • Your Broker's Listing Checklist  [if applicable]
